Incentives Account Specialist

Our Account Specialist team members are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to clients and customers by assisting the supervisor in executing, delegating and following up on work assignments. Account Specialists monitor work assignments delegated to customer service team members to ensure compliance with client program specifications and ACB policies and procedures.

DUTIES

Serve as the client contact for assigned account.

Assist the supervisor in ensuring that claim processing complies with client policies, program guidelines and turnaround times.

Research and resolve client inquires and communications to ensure clients receive timely, efficient and accurate service.

Review fund transactions and new dealer installations; ensure that the client database is maintained and updated as needed.

Maintain client program information, specification sheets and account binders to ensure that current information is accessible to all team members.

Provide suggestions to improve area operations, efficiency and service.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent certificate.

Intermediate PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word and Excel.

Previous experience as a team lead in a customer service or clerical production environment is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
